The Law and Prophets
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy (G2647), but to fulfil (G4137). For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law (G3551), till all be fulfilled (G1096). Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments (G1785), and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least (G1646) in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great (G3173) in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt. 5:17-19)

Jesus came to set the law in the hearts (minds) of men knowing that the flesh is weak, however, he did not hang on the cross so that man could turn his wonderful grace into a license to sin.
