The Same Old Song and Dance – 1950…

If/when the Republicans gain majority of the US House and Senate in November, all they will be able to do is what the Demoncrats have basically been doing since they got control and investigated everything Trump. They will turn the table and investigate everything Biden. The lead will change in the same old dance while the same old song still plays. Everything else will continue to intensify as the tempo and beat picks up, and the long old song and its melody progresses.

Biden will not sign any legislation into law and there won’t be a two thirds majority to override his veto. Biden, or his puppet masters, will still run the executive branch i.e. the DOJ, FBI, etc. So investigations, subpoenas and maybe some injunctions is about all they can do and mainstream news won’t cover that fairly either. Will anyone be arrested and put in jail? It’s a rough ride when one grabs a bullheaded jackass by the tail. Beware, there’s always the other mule types in the barn!

And then there’s Impeach Biden!

Report outlines 5 key pending congressional investigations of Democrats

A new report in the Hill has outlined five major investigations that the Republican Party is expected to launch should the GOP be the majority in the U.S. House after next month’s elections.

Most analysts say that majority is very likely, and could be anywhere from a handful of votes to several dozen. But the key is that GOP members would head all committees, determine agendas, and control hearings.

The report explained investigations “would be a major tool” since there still likely would be the stalemate with the Senate, which might be a GOP majority but not a 60-vote threshold for filibuster purposes.

And then there’s Joe Biden, a Democrat who likely would refuse to sign legislation the GOP wanted.

But the report noted, “With the majority also comes the ability to dictate the focus of hearings and compel testimony and documents, including some that they may have already requested but not received, through subpoenas. That could put pressure on the Biden administration. “…

A major online database of JFK assassination records is suing President Joe Biden and the National Archives in an effort to uncover all remaining details about the former president’s murder that have been kept secret for decades. The lawsuit comes after Biden delayed the release of the files.

NBC reported that the remaining secret files on the fourth assassination of a U.S. president are among the most sensitive in the U.S. government. The mysterious details surrounding JFK’s assassination still draw debunkers and truth-seekers almost 60 years later.

The suit alleges that the president defied a legal deadline by delaying the release of some 16,000 records, the last batch of JFK documents to be made public under a 1992 law.

All of those documents were legally required to be revealed by October 2017, but then-President Donald Trump delayed the release of some until October 2021, as reported by the Washington Post. When Biden faced Trump’s deadline, he delayed it again to Dec. 15, 2022.

In the complaint filing, the Mary Ferrell Foundation, a large database of primary source material on the 1963 assassination, says Biden’s delay and the National Archives’ compliance with it violated requirements of the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992.

“It’s high time that the government got its act together and obeyed the spirit and the letter of the law,” said Jefferson Morley, vice president of the Mary Ferrell Foundation, adding, “This is about our history and our right to know it.”

Historians, activists and Kennedy family members alike expressed support for the lawsuit to NBC.

“It’s bizarre. It’s been almost 60 years since my uncle’s death,” said Robert Kennedy Jr. “What are they hiding?”…
