A Sabbath Message 12/10/22 – The Trinity Doctrine

The Father and The Son Are One

Jesus taught that he and his Father were one. “I and my father are one.” (John 10:30) That is to say: one mind or mental disposition i.e. one spirit. If the Father and the Son are of the same spirit and they are both holy (sacred), then their mental disposition or mind are the same and The Holy Spirit can also be phrased Sacred Mental Disposition or Sacred Mind of Father God and his Son, the Word (Logos – Divine Expression) which became flesh and lived among his created. (Genesis 2:7,20-25) But they weren’t naked because of what happened in the garden. (Genesis 3) He came among his own who were of the children of Israel through the tribe of Judah as was foretold by Israel (Jacob). (Gen. 49:10, Is. 9:6-, Dan. 9:25-26, Luke 3:23-38, John 1:41, 4:25)

They both think alike and are of the same mind or mental disposition. It’s like that old saying, “Like Father, like Son”.  One could say that the Father does the thinking and the Son does the speaking. (John 4:34, 5:30, 6:38-40) The Greek term translated “will” in those verses is:

In the Greek term for “spirit”, the definition is practically the same as in the Hebrew. The divine mind and expression in the Old Testament is the Word of God that spoke “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness,… male and female created he them.” in Genesis 1:26-28 that became flesh as like a second Adam. (Luke 3:38, 1Cor. 15:20-26)

New Testament

G4151 – πνεῦμα – a current of air, i.e. breath (blast) or a breeze; by analogy or figuratively, a spirit, i.e. (human) the rational soul, (by implication) vital principle, mental disposition, etc., or (superhuman) an angel, demon, or (divine) God, Christ’s spirit, the Holy Spirit. Derivation: from G4154; KJV Usage: ghost, life, spirit(-ual, -ually), mind.

Old Testament

G4151 – πνεῦμα – a current of air, i.e. breath (blast) or a breeze; by analogy or figuratively, a spirit, i.e. (human) the rational soul, (by implication) vital principle, mental disposition, etc., or (superhuman) an angel, demon, or (divine) God, Christ’s spirit, the Holy Spirit. Derivation: from G4154; KJV Usage: ghost, life, spirit(-ual, -ually), mind.

The adjective “Holy” is used with the noun “Spirit” often throughout the New Testament as well as “Ghost”. Personally, I prefer the English translation “Holy Spirit” over “Holy Ghost” as the English “ghost” makes me think of Casper the friendly Ghost and Ghost Busters.

In the Old Testament, the phrase “Holy One of Israel” is used many times along with “Holy One”, but the only time “holy” is used as an adjective for the noun “spirit” i.e. “holy spirit” is Isaiah 63:10-11. The phrase “The spirit of God” and “The spirit of the Lord” is also used a number of times.

So, is the Holy Spirit a person or the personality of Father God and his only begotten son?

“In the beginning (At the commencement) was the Word (Divine Expression) and the Word was with God (Supreme Divinity), and the Word was God.” (John 1:1)

[1 + 1 = 2 and 1 × 1 = 1]

&

“God (Elohiym – Plural) said, Let us make man… image + likeness”…male + female…” (Genesis 1:26-28)

Note: the English Pronoun “us” was added in translation due to the plurality (duality) of God: H430 – אלהים – ‘ĕlôhı̂ym – el-o-heem’ – Plural of H433gods in the ordinary sense; but specifically used (in the plural thus, especially with the article) of the supreme God; occasionally applied by way of deference to magistrates; and sometimes as a superlative. KJV Usage: angels, X exceeding, God (gods) (-dess, -ly), X (very) great, judges, X mighty.

God (G2316), who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee?” (Hebrews 1:1-5)

G2316 – θεός – figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very. Derivation: of uncertain affinity; a deity, especially (with G3588) the supreme Divinity; KJV Usage: X exceeding, God, god(-ly), -ward.)

Notice how the duality parallels with Genesis 1:26-27 (image and likeness, male and female) and the duality in John 1:1 parallels with “Let us create…” in Genesis? The divine prime of 2 is a duality found throughout scripture. Two is the only number in all the infinite number of numbers that is both prime and even. 2 can only be divided by 1 or itself.

From Missing Links – Chapter III:

We have also proven the divinity of Jesus Christ. Can you now understand how the Father and the Son are one? Jesus often said, I and my Father are one. I am in the Father as the Father is in me, and that which I do is the will of the Father. (Jn. 5:30, 6:38, 10:30, 14:10-11) The Father and Son are the creators of everything. A brief general summation of the scientific story of creation is as follows: At the commencement of creation was the Light, and the Light was with the Energy, and the Light was Energy. The Light is of the Energy, as the Energy is in the light, and that which the Light does is the will of the Energy. Then the Light said, “Let there be matter”, and there was matter, and they saw that it was good. Then the Light said, “Let matter become life, and bring forth children”, and it was so, and shall continue to be so!

It took the Roman Church about 400 years to come up with the philosophy and mathematical formula 1 + 1 = 3 to contradict John 1:1. Trinity is attributed to the pagan deities. It was philosophy over simple arithmetic. (Col. 2:8)

{If 1 + 1 = 3 in John 1:1 THEN 2 + 2 = 5 boosters to conquer covid.}

Another duality is night and day and two periods of time, one being no sunlight and the other being sunlight, but sunset to sunset is a complete day length period of time, i.e. 24 hours. That’s how the world turns. God made it that way! Three days and three nights are three 24 hour time periods or 76 hour. (Matt. 12:40) How can Christ be always crucified on a Friday and be put in the grave just before sunset and resurrect just at dawn Sunday morning, which is two nights and one day or 36 hours later? Seems the Roman Church can’t do arithmetic. Neither can most protestants.

Yawl have a restful sabbath.
