On this day, May 11, 1973: The espionage trial of Daniel Ellsberg and Anthony Russo in the “Pentagon Papers” case comes to an end as Judge William M. Byrne dismisses all charges, citing government misconduct. The was 50 years ago, a jubilee for Conspiracy theorists back then.
2023 will be the year that reveals much Government Misconduct on a grand scale!
And May 11 will be a different end!
As an estimated 700,000 to 1 million immigrants wait on the US/Mexico border for the greatest invasion of illegals to ever rush the border as soon as Title 42 which is set to expire Thursday May 11 expires, armed Texas National Guards of the Tactical Border Force are being deployed to “repel” the mass crossings. They are supposed to be used on the border and not be involved in pencil pushing all the failed policies of the Biden regime as a result of his pen pushing binge right after he took an oath of office with both fingers and toes crossed.

Title 42 was about the only thing Trump put in place on securing the border that JB didn’t undo and he sure in hell isn’t going to extend it.

Texas deploys special border force to defend US border against anticipated migrant surge

On Monday, Texas deployed a special border force to support law enforcement efforts along the U.S.-Mexico border as the state braces for a migrant surge triggered by the end of Title 42, which Gov. Greg Abbott warned will cause a “catastrophic disaster.” Title 42 is a Trump-era public health policy that helped stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States.

During a press conference in Austin, Gov. Abbott announced the new specially trained National Guard Unit called the Texas Tactical Border Force.
“Right now as we are speaking, the Texas National Guard is loading Blackhawk helicopters and C130s, deploying specially trained National Guard members for the Texas Tactical Border Force. They will be deployed to hot spots along the border to intercept to repel and to turn back migrants who are trying to enter Texas illegally,” Abbott said.
Earlier this month, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) warned Mexican cartels are preparing to flood the United States’ southern border with between 700,000 and one million illegal immigrants when Title 42 is lifted in an effort to overwhelm U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Rep. Biggs said the CBP does not have enough resources or personnel to “keep them in detention and processing facilities.”
“When those facilities get full…they’re going to just take pictures. They’re not even going to do full on processing. They’re going to take pictures. If we’re lucky fingerprints, [but] probably not even that,” Biggs warned. “And then they’re going to release them right into the local communities along the border.”
“It will be unlike anything we’ve ever seen,” Biggs added.
Biggs said CBP officials are telling locals, “I’m sorry. You’re screwed.”…

Officials are expecting an increase in border crossings due to the end of a policy that was used to expel asylum seekers.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced on Monday the deployment of new forces to the border with Mexico to prevent the entry of migrants.
The move comes as the US prepares to lift on Thursday a controversial policy named Title 42, which was enforced under former President Donald Trump to allow border patrol officers to deport or turn away migrants without accepting their asylum applications.
What is the new Texas border force?
Members of the specially trained National Guard unit, titled the Texas Tactical Border Force, will be deployed with Black Hawk helicopters, Abbott said.
“They will be deployed to hot spots along the border to intercept to repel and to turn back migrants who are trying to enter Texas illegally,” he told a news conference.
Some 10,000 members of the National Guard and security forces are to be deployed along the 2,000-kilometer border, Abbott said….

The Ohio National Guard opened fire on American students at Kent State in 1970.
But that wasn’t to protect the borders from illegal entry!

4-4. Rules of Engagement and Rules for the Use of Force (ROE/RUF)
(6) Level Six – Deadly Force.
National Guard forces may use deadly force when it can be justified by extreme necessity. Deadly force is force that a person uses causing, or that a person knows or should know would create a substantial risk of causing, death or serious bodily harm. There are four requirements for the use of deadly force:
(a) Lesser means of force have been exhausted or are unavailable.
(b) The subject must have the ability to cause you or another serious bodily harm or death.
(c) You or another must be in imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death.
(d) Its use should not significantly increase the risk of death or serious bodily harm to innocent bystanders.
5-3. Civil Disturbance Support Operations
e. Training
(4) Only National Guard personnel who have completed civil disturbance training may directly participate in civil disturbance operations. This includes training on specialized equipment. Those who have not received civil disturbance training may only be used in a support role.
With that, let us pray for the protection of HOLY SPIRIT to cover all Texas National Guard personnel who will be deployed by the Governor Abbott.

I’m sure that on the border itself, the Texas BTF may have to confront armed Cartel members. I am sure that women and children will be respected, but there are a lot of young males from everywhere, including China and African extreme Islamic Countries that will most likely get riotous with impatience. Even Sheriffs of the border counties and the Border Patrol itself are in a state of fear, and these brave people are just plain tired of the situation. Texas is trying to take a stand, but New Mexico, Arizona and California are as wide open as the old wild west and its people are on their own. Yes, let’s pray for them! LOLGB+
